Lots of News for the FCHA for fall.

Hello cutters, hope all of you had a great summer and are now ready to get back to cutting with the FCHA.

With our Sept show, we will again have our Fall Series Awards. The series will award prizes to cutters for the shows of Sept., Oct., & Nov. Details of the rules will be posted at the office at the next show.

Oct. will bring the Breast Cancer Benefit Show. We will have several fun, fundraisers during the weekend. There will be special prizes in some of the classes, raffles for prizes, and a fundraiser that will give you the opportunity to see your trainers and cutting help or you in WIGS AND BRAS. I know you don't want to miss this!

In Nov. we will again have the Kayo Welles Memorial Cutting, with lots of extra prizes to honor our good friend and cutter that meant so much to us.

We also have a big change to the Winter Circuit. Mark your calendars for the dates of Jan. 2nd,3rd, and 4th. The Board of Directors decided to change the dates for several reasons and in response to suggestions from some of the trainers and cutters. We will give it a try and see how it works. Our awards banquet will be on the evening of Jan, 2nd. Time and location will be announced later.

And last, I would like to let you know that the Samko family will be moving to Minnesota soon. Randy has taken a new job, and while we are excited for them and wish them all the best, we will miss them. Randy, as President and Holly, as a Youth director have been a great help to our association and Ryan and Laurel will be missed, as I feel that we have all watched them grow up in the cutting community. Give them a call if you get a chance, and let's hope it is so cold in Minnesota in the winter they will come right back down here to visit us.

See you at the September show,

Sharon Overstreet

2014 President
