It will be "Cuttin' for the Cure" with special events to benefit THE FLORIDA HOSPITAL DELAND FOUNDATION. When we decided to participate in October Breast Cancer Awareness Month I asked cutter and breast cancer survivor Joyce Paquette to search for a good cause that we could help. She did a very thorough search, and because we wanted the donation to stay local, she determined The Florida Hospital Deland Foundation, is a very worthy organization. They provide mammograms for women that do not qualify for them under insurance and cannot afford them. She has met with the staff and has found a need we can help. On Sat. Oct 11th, our show will be our regular schedule but will have an added Ladies Only class as the last class of the day. Please encourage all your friends that have wanted to try cutting or haven't shown in a while to beg, borrow, or steal a horse and come join us.
See you October,
The FCHA website will be featuring pictures taken from the shows each month. If you have a smart phone, snap some shots and send them in to see if your pictures will get chosen for the website. To have a chance at being selected, send your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org
The 2014 Schedule is now availabe on the Events page.
